Chalet201!
we 201 own the aloha loyang chalet terrace six on 19/20 of nov! :D
don't feel like posting in paragraphs so shall just number them(:
1) went to school with shinyi to take the shuttle bus mr quek hired:D it was a long trip since we travelled from clementi to pasir ris. it was a surprise that most of the guys and ladies turned up. when we reached there it was almost 2.30pm, we just left our stuff in our rooms and wandered around at downtown. the guys went to the arcade while some of the ladies went to wild wild wet to have a splash.
2) bbq was not very successful because the guys spent more than one hour to start the damn fire with martin alan and alvin lim fanning the fire jumping and bouncing like ? -.- the food we bbq were either as black as charcoal or were not cooked thoroughly. though most of the food were not edible, we had fun at the bbq pit fanning the charcoal till our hands hurts and cracking jokes at the same time. the ladies were much more successful than the guys cause the food were cooked when we ladies took over later. there were much food laid out such as otah, chicken wings, hotdogs and crabmeat etc. actually we threw away much of the food since we cannot finish them. oh yes, we bbq marshmallows as well. truthfully this was the first time i tried the soft and warm marshmallows and attempting to bbq them on my own without burning my fingers lols. oh and i remembered asking martin to catch the bug outside the living room. i was laughing like mad because martin himself is hopping around attempting to catch the bug.
3) mrs raja came with her family. she brought pizzas and it was superb yummy:D her kids were so adorable as they ran around talking to us:D unfortunately she broke to us a piece of unpleasant news that she would be leaving our school next year to gan eng seng secondary. it was really very shocking because it seems that the better teachers're leaving us, such as mr chow and mr lee as well):): i fell in love with history because of mrs raja and she's leaving us, how sad D: we took a lot of pictures with her at the swimming pool when we intend to push mr quek down into the waters. but but but there was this stupid security guard staring at us on his bicycle. what's the matter old man? everyone can swim and we seriously won't drown in the 1.4 metre pool cause we're definitely much taller than that.
4) after much shots taken, we ladies decided to clear the bbq pit! it was dirty, just simply dirty with ants attacking the untouched food! shoo, ants! after that, pingying dingding felicia and me decided to swim in the pool outside the chalet until we got caught by the silly security guard who thought we'll drown ourselves(again). in the end we left the pool and took a quick warm bath. it was near midnight and we gambled, with money:D we snacked and gambled till our limbs were aching like mad. around three in the morning we watched tv with mr quek in the living room and walked around the chalet buying coffee to keep us awake. finally some ladies couldn't take it and off to bed! but not me felicia and edelyn! we're the only ladies who didn't doze off, all credits to the coffee! hahas!
5) time for sunrise! we couldn't see it on time so it was such a waste! how i wished i could capture the magnificent sight of the sunrise!(: next, time for breakfast! i'm not starved so i just bought a cup of milo while the others gobbled down burgers and pancakes. at that time mr quek was asleep which means he's alone at the chalet with four guys playing mahjong! anyway he was asleep like a pig. alan climbed into his room through the unlocked windows to wake him up. mr quek was startled with his cool hair standing up like a rooster!
6) check out early at 9.45am. there's this lady who came in to ensure that everything is in order and nothing was amiss or damaged. went to the arcade which was a stone throw away and took a mini shuttle bus to pasir ris mrt station. the journet back home wasn't very exhausting but i fell asleep at once after dragging my tired and sore feets home. of course not without a thorough bath cleaning the stinking me!
